We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, assisting employees with basic office tasks, and ensuring the office remains organized and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the office before employees arrive.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, reception area, and washrooms.
- Perform regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and general housekeeping activities.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal and client meetings.
- Handle reception-related support when required, including welcoming visitors and informing concerned employees.
- Assist employees with basic administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage pantry supplies and inform the administration team about replenishment requirements.
- Support office maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Ensure office facilities remain clean, organized, and functional throughout the day.
- Carry out any other office-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass/ 12th Pass
- Prior experience in office housekeeping or office assistance preferred.
- Basic understanding of office hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Polite, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support employees as needed.
- Honest, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
