- Supervise mechanical maintenance technicians, fitters, welders, and contractors.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure high equipment availability and plant reliability.
- Coordinate maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Monitor spare parts requirements and inventory.
- Monitor the condition of pumps, compressors, conveyors, crushers, gearboxes, agitators, ball mills, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, valves, and other refinery equipment.
- Mentor and train maintenance personnel to improve technical competency.
- Investigate equipment failures and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Review work orders and maintenance schedules using a CMMS (e.g., SAP/Maximo).
- Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lock-Out/Tag-Out), Permit to Work (PTW), and other safety procedures.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, Planning, and Engineering teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance report.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
