Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, explaining services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Salary: As per company standards
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
