Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration: Assist sales team members with preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders in our system to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any order issues.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales pipelines in the CRM database.
- Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, or invoice questions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, logistics, and product teams to resolve account or fulfillment issues promptly.
- Reporting: Assist in generating weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing sales activity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / High School Diploma (Graduates/Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (Open to Freshers).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
