Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in IT sales and client-facing presentations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting to US-based clients, and the ability to work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective US clients.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Engage with inbound and pre-qualified leads generated by the marketing or lead generation team.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with prospects after demonstrations and address queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with technical, implementation, and support teams to provide accurate solutions to client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, commercial documents, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or business development.
- Proven experience conducting product demos and sales presentations.
- Experience communicating and working with US-based clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a business-focused manner.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
