Job Overview
Skylark Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who can effectively manage coordination across teams and support overall marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of marketing functions and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
- Manage communication between vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email coordination, and content alignment
- Prepare reports and maintain marketing data and documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and activities
- Assist in event planning, brand promotions, and activations
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and databases
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good understanding of marketing functions (digital and offline)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or coordination roles
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an added advantage
