Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Development Executive to identify, verify, and qualify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions. The role involves calling the leads, understanding customer requirements, verifying eligibility, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team for faster conversions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic understanding of residential solar systems and electricity bill analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Call enquired leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Verify customer details such as: Name, Location, EB Consumer Number, Average EB Bill, Property Type, Roof Availability
- Handle customer doubts professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and interest level.
- Update lead status in CRM (Zoho CRM/Bigin).
- Maintain proper lead notes and customer communication history.
- Achieve daily call and lead qualification targets.
- Maintain lead conversion quality standards.
Required Skills
- Good communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy preferred.
- Ability to understand EB bills and customer requirements.
- CRM handling knowledge preferred.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Solar experience is a plus
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
