Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows/Mac OS, and network-related issues.
- Handle escalated tickets from the L1 support team.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and password resets.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
- Resolve Outlook, Microsoft 365, and email-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and update ticketing systems with issue resolutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
