Job Title: Counselor Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Counselor Head to lead our counseling team, achieve team targets, and ensure high-quality guidance and support for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the counseling team
- Achieve monthly/weekly targets through the team
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Train counselors and improve performance
- Handle escalations and ensure student satisfaction
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in counseling/admissions/sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented
Location: On-site / Hybrid
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nadakavu, Calicut, Kerala
