Work Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end admissions counseling, including ensuring lead conversion, program
explanation, and guiding prospective students.
● Handle student queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
● Provide program guidance based on student background, career goals, and suitability.
● Maintain and update CRM/leads data, ensuring proper tracking and timely follow-ups.
● Coordinate with internal teams for admissions processing, documentation, and onboarding.
● Support post-admission engagement, including orientation and basic academic guidance.
● Assist in admission campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
● Achieve admission and conversion targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Healthcare, Education, or a related field, Sales.
● Candidates with a background in Psychology / Mental Health / Allied Health Sciences will be preferred.
Experience:
● 1-5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, student engagement, or a similar role.
● Experience in education sector / ed-tech / healthcare programs will be an added advantage.
● Prior exposure to handling leads, conversions, and student coordination is preferred.
Skills Required:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to counsel and influence decision-making
● Good organizational and meticulous follow-up skills
● Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
● Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi - written and spoken
● Basic understanding of mental health programs (preferred)
Pay: ₹25,512.89 - ₹30,555.55 per month
