Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze data, prepare reports, build dashboards, and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business data to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MS Excel.
- Develop and maintain data models and automate reports.
- Perform data validation, data cleaning, and accuracy checks.
- Conduct market and business research to support decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare business reports.
- Improve reporting processes using advanced Excel tools and automation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query; VBA is an added advantage).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong MS Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics are also welcome.
