What would you do? Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates to assess interest and fit Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases for sourcing Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fill Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
What are we looking for? 3–5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition support. Experience with candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Job Board Experiences •Interview Scheduling
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen profiles against job requirements and maintain talent pipelines. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate communications, interview updates, and follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports. Coordinate offer documentation and pre-joining formalities. Support onboarding activities, including document collection, joining confirmations, and induction scheduling
