- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external certification audits.
- Monitor quality KPIs such as rejection rate, rework, customer complaints, and first-pass yield.
- Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Develop quality inspection plans, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores to resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory quality requirements.
