- Participate in software design discussions and analyze business/user requirements to define technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
- Follow software development best practices and SDLC processes.
- Support application releases, deployments, and post-production activities.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other development-related tasks as required.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Android mobile applications.
- Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and backend integrations.
- Experience with UPI and payment gateway integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Play Store deployment, publishing, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of Spring Boot, HTML5, and C++.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka is preferred.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or payment applications is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience building secure, high-performance mobile applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile development environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
