Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling customer coordination, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team. The candidate should possess good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and payments.
Maintain customer database and sales records accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery updates.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business development activities.
Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
Track pending orders and ensure timely completion.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
Any Graduation / MBA preferred.
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support preferred.
Salary
₹18000-₹22000
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
