Human Resources (HR) Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented **Human Resources (HR) Executive** to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of creating a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
* Create and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
* Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
* Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
* Ensure fair implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HR Operations
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Assist with payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data.
Training & Development
* Identify training needs across departments.
* Coordinate employee learning and development programs.
* Support performance management and career growth initiatives.
Compliance
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
* Assist in developing and updating HR policies.
* Support workplace safety and risk management initiatives.
Required Skills

* Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of HR experience.
* HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
