The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, visiting client locations, promoting the company's electrical products and solutions, preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, negotiating orders, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
- Visit industrial customers, electrical contractors, builders, consultants, OEMs, and distributors.
- Promote company products including:
- LT Panels
- HT Panels
- Control Panels
- Servo Voltage Stabilizers
- Transformers
- ACDB/DCDB Panels
- Electrical Solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team for technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
- Maintain daily visit reports in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
