Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with 8–10+ years of experience in the Bathware, Sanitaryware, Interior Products, Building Materials, or Home Improvement industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing dealer and channel networks, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and experience in handling architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales and revenue growth for bathware products, wardrobes, vanities, accessories, and related interior solutions within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through dealers, distributors, retailers, and project sales.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
