Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that drive growth and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
-Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and influencers.
- Curate competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against competitors, and recommend actionable insights.
- Negotiation and closing of deals with clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, tracking progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
