Role & responsibilities
· Identify, attract, and recruit potential Insurance Advisors/Agents through various sourcing channels.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing advisors.
· Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Guide candidates through the onboarding and licensing process.
· Coordinate training and development programs for newly recruited advisors.
· Provide continuous support and engagement to advisors to improve retention.
· Develop referral networks and recruitment channels to generate a steady pipeline of candidates.
· Conduct recruitment drives, and networking events to attract talent.
· Track recruitment performance and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and advisor activation.
· Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and regulatory guidelines.
· Achieve assigned recruitment and advisor activation targets.
