Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and others)
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content
- Write compelling captions and social media copy
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing team members
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge of content planning and audience engagement strategies
- Basic photo/video editing skills are an advantage
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
