Job Summary:
The PPC Engineer is responsible for production planning, scheduling, monitoring, and quality control of PEB structural fabrication activities at the manufacturing plant. The role ensures timely execution of fabrication as per approved drawings while maintaining strict quality standards and minimizing rework and material wastage.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Production Planning & Control
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fabrication schedules based on project priority.
· Study IFC drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings before releasing to shop floor.
· Prepare Material Requirement Plan (MRP) and coordinate with stores & procurement.
· Plan cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, and painting sequences.
· Monitor shop floor productivity and update Daily Production Report (DPR).
· Ensure proper allocation of manpower and machines.
· Coordinate with dispatch team for erection-wise material loading.
· Track backlog and ensure adherence to committed delivery timelines.
· Coordinate to Plant team & Site
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication workflow.
· Understanding of structural steel codes and welding standards.
· Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality procedures.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems.
· Strong shop-floor coordination ability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
