Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Assist in quality control and site inspections.
- Track material requirements and site resources.
- Prepare site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Support project planning and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites when required.
