About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and digital acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility through paid marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create high-converting marketing assets and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong understanding of Conversion Tracking and Attribution Models.
- Experience with Remarketing, Audience Building, and Funnel Optimization.
- Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization and A/B Testing.
- Ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing) or any relevant Graduate degree.
- 5–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads and Meta Certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
