Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and research influencers across Instagram and other social media platforms
- Reach out to creators and manage influencer communications
- Coordinate collaborations, barter deals, and paid campaigns
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign tracking sheets
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Build long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and influencer trends
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Digital Marketing or Influencer Marketing certification is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Bonus Points If You
- Can shoot fashion, lifestyle, or product content
- Have experience creating Instagram Reels
- Have worked with influencers or creator communities before
- Understand UGC (User Generated Content) marketing
Compensation
Internship Stipend: ₹5,000/month
For experienced candidates, compensation will be decided based on skills and experience.
