Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Hidden Gem, ensuring outstanding customer service, effective team management, and smooth restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
* Lead, train, and supervise all restaurant staff.
* Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve customer concerns promptly.
* Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
* Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
* Monitor sales, costs, and overall restaurant performance.
* Implement company policies and operational procedures.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
* Assist with promotions, events, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and inventory management.
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
