We are looking for skilled CNC operators with experience in handling large-size CNC turning machines and working on complex parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and handle large-size CNC Turning Machines efficiently.
- Perform turning, milling, and grinding operations on CNC turning centers.
- Work on complex and precision components with accuracy.
- Operate machines equipped with Fanuc and Siemens control systems.
- Ensure proper tooling, setup, and machining parameters for quality output.
- Conduct in-process inspection and ensure adherence to dimensional accuracy.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CNC Turning machines (large-size preferred).
- Good understanding of machining processes:
- Turning
- Milling
- Grinding
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Experience on Fanuc & Siemens controllers.
Education
- ITI, DME, or relevant technical qualification.
