Job Summary
The FEA Teacher is responsible for teaching English communication, digital skills, employability skills, and life skills to students. The teacher creates a positive learning environment, motivates students, and helps them become confident and job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Spoken English and communication skills.
- Conduct classes on employability and life skills.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Assess students through tests, assignments, and presentations.
- Encourage active participation and teamwork.
- Provide individual guidance and mentoring to students.
- Organize classroom discussions, role plays, and group activities.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Submit reports and complete administrative tasks on time.
- Coordinate with the academy team for events and student development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
