Role Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy. You will take full ownership of our online presence, driving traffic, brand awareness, and high-quality lead generation across all major digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design and execute end-to-end SEO, SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Performance Marketing: Launch, manage, and optimize paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.
- Content & Social Media: Oversee social media strategy and the creation of high-converting content/landing pages.
- Analytics & ROI: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI and KPIs) using Google Analytics, implementing A/B testing to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs), and ad platforms.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
