Position Overview:
Experienced DevOps Engineer to manage the deployment, scalability, and reliability of our Django + React SaaS platform hosted on AWS or Azure. This role focuses on building and operating secure, highly available, and performance‑optimized cloud infrastructure, supporting a multi‑subdomain, high‑traffic environment. The ideal candidate will own CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, monitoring, and incident response while continuously improving system resilience and automation.
How You Make a Difference: Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage production infrastructure on AWS or Azure

configure S3/Blob + CDN for assets
- Set up multi-subdomain routing with wildcard DNS and SSL
- Manage load balancers (Nginx/ALB/App Gateway), build CI/CD pipelines

Containerize with Docker (ECS/EKS/AKS),
- Set up performance monitoring and alerting.
- Tune the stack for high load — caching, autoscaling

DB optimization — and lead incident response.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
OR
- Equivalent practical experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering in lieu of a formal degree
Experience:
Must-have
3–4 years of DevOps / SRE / Cloud experience. Hands-on with AWS or Azure core services. Strong experience deploying Django (Gunicorn/Nginx, Celery, migrations) and React (build + CDN). Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins / Azure DevOps), Nginx, Linux + Bash/Python scripting. Proven experience with multi-subdomain architectures and high-load systems (caching, autoscaling, load balancing).

Skills:
- Hands‑on experience with AWS or Azure core cloud services
- Experience deploying and managing Django applications in production
- Experience deploying React applications with build and CDN setup
- Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)
Terraform / CloudFormation / Bicep, Kubernetes, Redis, Celery, WAF/API gateway exposure, and certifications (AWS SysOps/DevOps, Azure Administrator, CKA).
