Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to assist with cloud support and day-to-day internal IT operations. The role involves working on system configurations, basic server management, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cloud support activities (user access, monitoring, basic configurations)
- Support server-related tasks including setup, monitoring, and maintenance
- Handle PC and laptop configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
- Assist in managing network and system performance
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation
- Ensure data backup and basic security practices are followed
- Support internal IT projects and upgrades
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and system tools
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
