1–3 years of experience in administration, help desk, or facility management.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Job Summary
The Admin Help Desk Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and help desk activities, ensuring smooth coordination between employees, vendors, and facility teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle employee and client queries through calls, emails, and the help desk system.
Register, track, and close complaints related to housekeeping, security, engineering, and maintenance services.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain records of complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor attendance and maintain administrative records.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Support facility operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor management activities.
Maintain vendor and asset records.
Assist the facility manager in day-to-day operations.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
