Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, generate sales opportunities, and promote our EV investment and mobility solutions through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain EV investment and mobility solutions to potential clients
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and client support
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good negotiation and follow-up ability
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Experience in EV, mobility, or investment-based sales is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
