Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Lead Graphic Designer who can lead creative execution, manage design projects independently, and deliver impactful visual communication across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, advanced design expertise, and hands-on knowledge of modern AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-quality creative design projects from concept to final delivery
- Develop compelling visual campaigns for digital, print, branding, and marketing initiatives
- Handle event branding, exhibition collaterals, large-scale print creatives, and marketing material production
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Manage design workflows, mentor junior designers, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
- Oversee printing specifications, vendor coordination, and final production quality checks
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer / Lead Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and impactful past work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding and practical use of AI tools for design and creative enhancement
- Experience in team handling and creative leadership
- Strong expertise in event branding, printing specifications, exhibition creatives, and large-format designs
- Ability to conceptualize and independently execute premium-quality creative campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
