Job Summary
Lowast Private Limited is looking for a responsible and dedicated Godown Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will supervise drivers, helpers, and warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations, proper material handling, and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily work of drivers, helpers, and godown staff.
- Monitor loading, unloading, sorting, and storage of materials.
- Ensure the godown is clean, organized, and maintained properly.
- Coordinate vehicle movements and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and daily performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth daily operations.
- Identify operational issues and report them to management.
- Prepare daily work and inventory reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
