Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing property deals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (calls, referrals, site visits, digital platforms).
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM) for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales; real estate experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
