Job Title: Project Supervisor
Job Summary
Espacios is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Track material deliveries and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project/site supervision (interior fit-out experience preferred).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
