We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary care team. The ideal candidate will support elderly residents by assessing physical function, developing individualized treatment plans, improving mobility, reducing pain, preventing complications, and promoting independence and dignity in daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and functional evaluations for elderly residents.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions for geriatric, post-operative, neurological, orthopedic, and palliative care residents.
- Support mobility training, balance exercises, strengthening, gait training, and pain management.
- Assist residents in maintaining independence and improving quality of life.
- Work closely with doctors, nursing staff, caregivers, and families to coordinate care plans.
- Maintain treatment records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Educate caregivers and staff on safe mobility, positioning, and preventive care practices.
- Participate in rehabilitation and discharge planning where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and resident safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
