About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident HR Business Development Consultant to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our HR/consultancy services to companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with companies and understand their HR/recruitment requirements.
- Present and promote the company’s HR consultancy services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Schedule client meetings and conduct business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Negotiate terms and convert leads into clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of leads, clients, follow-ups, and business activities.
Requirements
- Any Degree / MBA / PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good personality and professional approach.
- Ability to build client relationships and generate business.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/lead management.
- Prior experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, B2B sales, or business development will be an advantage.
