Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive and achieve Accessories Sales targets for distributors in the assigned zone through effective planning and execution.
Process Implementation: Ensure seamless implementation of systems and processes across the distribution channel to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Business Development: Collaborate with distributors to identify business enablers, capture new opportunities, and implement strategies that accelerate growth.
Product Promotion & Training: Lead accessory promotion initiatives and conduct training programs for channel manpower to strengthen product knowledge and improve sales performance.
