Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of coordination for customer support requests.
- Receive, record, and track customer issues, queries, and support tickets.
- Coordinate with internal technical, product, and implementation teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up regularly on open tickets and ensure timely updates are shared with customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer issues, action items, status, and closure notes.
- Schedule support calls, review meetings, and follow-up discussions with customers.
- Share regular status updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure customer communication is clear, polite, and professional.
- Escalate urgent or delayed issues to the relevant team members or managers.
- Help maintain customer support trackers, reports, and dashboards.
- Support customer onboarding, health checks, and periodic review coordination.
- Learn NXRADAR product features and basic cyber security concepts over time.
Required Skills
- Fresher with good communication skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Schedule reviews and conduct engagement reviews with customers.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Basic understanding of IT or cyber security concepts will be helpful.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, and documentation.
- Ability to maintain trackers, reports, and support records.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer concerns.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of cyber security, IT support, ticketing tools, or software products.
- Internship or academic project experience in IT, cyber security, customer support, or coordination.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, ticketing tools, or project trackers.
- Interest in building a career in cyber security product support or customer success.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, BCA, BSc IT, BMS, BBA, or related field.

- Cyber security or IT certifications will be an added advantage.
