Job Purpose:
To manage and supervise all financial and accounting activities of the organization and ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Review invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper financial controls.
- Conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
