Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Anaplan model building, solution architecture, workforce planning, financial planning, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Anaplan solutions.
Lead multiple Anaplan implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
Build scalable and optimized Anaplan models for Workforce Planning and Financial Planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and data flow diagrams.
Optimize model performance through space optimization and formula tuning.
Integrate Anaplan with EPM/ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and delivery.
Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and best practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan.
Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner preferred.
Strong expertise in Workforce Planning and Financial Planning.
Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations.
Strong knowledge of Lists, Modules, Data Hubs, ALM, and New UX.
Expertise in Anaplan Space Optimization and Formula Tuning.
Experience with EPM/ERP integrations and data migration.
Proficiency in JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise planning and budgeting solutions.
Exposure to cloud integration platforms and APIs.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
