Codermask Tech is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing team and drive high-impact online campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, digital marketing strategies, SEO, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and performance.
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and Google Ads best practices.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and campaign reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Meta Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
