Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage the service team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high service quality.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service productivity, job allocation, and turnaround time.
- Coordinate with technicians and other departments for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare service reports and monitor key performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile service operations.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage service targets and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
