Job Summary
Kannu Ki Chai is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, cash flow, inventory accounting, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and financial controls. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, banking, MIS reporting, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and outlet sales reconciliations.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting.
- Handle inventory accounting and warehouse reconciliations.
- Verify vendor payments and payroll coordination.
- Support audits and maintain financial controls.
- Lead the Accounts team and coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Auditors.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in QSR, Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
