Tech Guru IT Solutions is building an inside sales desk at its Nehru Place office and is hiring two Inside Sales Executives to run it.
This is the top of our funnel. You will call businesses across Delhi NCR from a curated 300-account database, open a conversation about their IT support and Annual Maintenance Contract requirements, qualify the opportunity, and book a site survey or meeting for the field sales team. Every call is logged in CRM — the database is the asset, and it stays with the company.
A normal day is 80 outbound dials, roughly 25 connected conversations, and at least one qualified meeting booked. From Month 3 the monthly target is 20 verified qualified meetings. A meeting counts only when the decision-maker was actually met or the site survey actually happened — confirmed in writing by the field executive — so there is no incentive to book meetings that will not hold.
Month 1 is training: product bootcamp on our AMC and service catalogue, call scripts, objection handling, and listening in on the Founder's live calls. Your calls are recorded and reviewed with you, which is how you get coached in week two rather than judged in month three.
Incentive is ₹150 per verified qualified meeting up to 20 a month, plus a ₹1,000 bonus on hitting 20. Promotion path: Senior Inside Sales (12 months), Inside Sales Lead (24 months), and Field Sales Executive (24–30 months) for those who want to move into field selling.
