Role Overview
This is a field-driven sales role focused on generating business through direct outreach. The Sales Trainee will be responsible for identifying potential clients across Indore, initiating conversations, and converting them into customers through a consultative sales approach.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales process—from finding leads and understanding client requirements to presenting solutions, sharing quotations, and closing deals. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with clients through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by visiting offices and commercial spaces across Indore
- Identify and approach clients with furniture requirements
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and share quotations
- Close deals and manage client relationships
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel within Indore
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
