Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Outbound Calling team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and decision-makers.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on project criteria.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales and customer conversations.
- Good listening, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Eligibility:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Telecalling, BPO, or Business Development will be preferred.
For International Process:
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience in B2B outreach, appointment setting, or international calling is preferred.
- Comfortable working in US/UK shifts, if required.
For Domestic Process:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages.
- Experience in domestic sales, customer support, or telecalling is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
