Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and property premises to ensure a comfortable and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform daily housekeeping activities
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Conduct room inspections to maintain quality standards
- Manage linen, laundry, and housekeeping inventory
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams for guest requirements
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service
- Maintain housekeeping records and reports
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards
- Good communication and guest service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Team coordination and supervisory skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, villas, hospitals, or commercial properties
- Knowledge of housekeeping inventory and linen management
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
